Rio Bravo is a city in Webb County, in the American state of Texas It lies sixteen miles south of Laredo on Highway 83,[5] and sits on the left bank of the Rio Grande Founded in 1982 by the property developer Cecil McDonald (who also founded neighboring El Cenizo),[5] Rio Bravo was incorporated as a city in 1989.[6] It had a population of 4,794 at the 2010 census.[7] LBS has 939 of graduates working in the state of Texas.

    • Legal Learning Ages: 18 through 98 (Under 21 is permitted in Texas)
    • Course Availability: Bartending 101, 201, and 301 Courses.
